Entirely dug into the stone, the Lounge and Winery room is a true homage to Matera, to its history and to the deep connection with that rural and wine-growing tradition that makes Basilicata the homeland of Aglianico and its genuine cuisine. Here we also organize our wine tastings!
The selection of wines includes proposals from our Francesco Radino winery, a historic agricultural company that has been cultivating vineyards and olive groves in the lush lands of Vulture since the 1950s.
From structured reds and soft rosés made from the native Aglianico, Primitivo and Negramaro vines, to fragrant whites made from the best Chardonnay grapes, up to the bubbles that splendidly accompany our aperitifs of typical Lucanian products.
Our tasting packages are as follows, and they all come with a gourmet accompaniment selection for each wine:

• Silver, 5 wines: 45 min €75 per person
• Gold, 7 wines: 1h 15 min €100 per person
